Steel City Koi holds a 4 star pet shop license which is regulated by our local council in accordance to their guidance, this is a 4 star rating due to being a new application and the council being unable to award any higher, so we have achieved the highest possible rating we could get. This will be upgraded to a 5 star rating when our current license expires towards the end of 2022.
