Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Steel City Koi offer delivery on hundreds of products, for a variable rate starting at £3.95. There are some exceptions that will be shipped on a pallet.

  • 3m lengths of pipe will be sent at 1.2 mt  lengths unless otherwise specified. There may be a surcharge depending on your order value.
  • Delivery price is quoted for delivery via our standard courier rate. Surcharges apply for Scottish Highlands, Scottish OffShore, Channel Islands, IOW, IOM, and N.I/Ireland. You will be advised before your order is shipped. 
  • Koi must be collected as we currently aren’t shipping via APC, when this becomes an option, this will be added to the website.
