A little about Aoki koi farm:

Aokiya Koi Farm is one of the most innovative breeders in Niigata and is especially famous for creating and refining unusual metallic and Doitsu (scaleless) varieties. The farm is located in Katakai, Ojiya City, in the heart of Japan's koi-breeding region and was founded by Haruo Aoki in 1972. Today it is managed by Haruo and his son Motoyoshi Aoki.

Aokiya has always been viewed as a "challenger" breeder—someone willing to experiment rather than simply reproduce established bloodlines. The farm emphasizes:

We offer free delivery on the majority of our products over £50. This excludes live fish and bespoke filters. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is £3.95 as standard, or £6.95 for express.
